Bible study does not have to feel complicated or far outside your reach.

After almost three years and 700+ episodes of Circle Time for the Soul, today I’m taking you behind the mic to show you what happens before I ever press record.

We’re walking through what my own quiet time looks like, how I approach Scripture, when I pull in study resources, how I think through application, and how that time eventually becomes the episode you hear.

But Sis, the goal isn’t for you to walk away thinking, “Wow, that’s a lot.”

It’s for you to realize:

“Wait…I can do this too.”

Because Circle Time was never meant to replace your own time with God. My prayer is that it becomes a companion to it as we learn, grow, and become students of His Word together.

You don’t have to prove yourself when Christ has already made you new.

Today we’re closing out our journey through Galatians with Galatians 6:11–18, where Paul brings everything back to what truly matters:

The new creation.

Not appearances.
Not impressing people.
Not proving how spiritual we are.

Jesus.

And after everything we’ve studied about freedom, grace, the flesh, and walking by the Spirit, there’s one more question worth carrying with us:

What are people experiencing when you walk into the room?

Sis, you don’t have to be the loudest person there to change the atmosphere. The grace of Jesus can show through the way you love, respond, encourage, and simply live.

Sometimes the hardest part of doing good is continuing when you can’t see what it’s producing yet.

Today we’re studying Galatians 6:1–10, where Paul talks about restoration, carrying one another’s burdens, staying humble, and continuing to sow toward the Spirit.

And then he gives us this reminder:

“Let us not become weary in doing good.”

Sis, waiting can make you tired.

Praying can make you tired.

Showing up again and again without seeing the harvest yet can make you wonder whether any of it is even working.

But just because you can’t see what God is producing doesn’t mean nothing is growing.

Don’t give up before the harvest.

Hey Sis 💛

The fruit of the Spirit is more than a list to memorize. It’s evidence of who is leading.

Today we’re studying Galatians 5:22–26, where Paul shows us what it can look like when we truly allow the Holy Spirit to lead our everyday lives.

Love. Joy. Peace. Patience. Kindness. Goodness. Faithfulness. Gentleness. Self-control.

But Sis, Paul doesn’t stop there.

Because even as we begin seeing growth in our lives, there are still things like pride, comparison, jealousy, and the need to prove ourselves that can quietly creep in.

So maybe the question isn’t simply, “Do I know the fruit of the Spirit?”

Maybe it’s:

Is what I’m about to say, do, or prove actually producing fruit?

Hey Sis 💛

Not every feeling, urge, or reaction deserves the final say.

Today we’re studying Galatians 5:16–21, where Paul gets very practical about what it looks like to live by the Spirit instead of simply following whatever our flesh wants in the moment.

And Sis, this one may step on a few toes.

Because sometimes the question isn’t whether we know what’s right.

Sometimes we know exactly what’s right and still feel pulled in the opposite direction.

But Galatians reminds us that the struggle itself doesn’t mean God is finished with us.

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s repentance, surrender, and learning to follow the Holy Spirit one decision at a time.

So before you respond, react, or make that next move, maybe there’s one question worth asking:

Is this my flesh speaking, or is the Holy Spirit leading me?
