Today we’re sharing the full story behind "pool-gate" Maybe the most controversial decision we've posted about in a LONG time. While it might have seemed unexpected, it really came down to thinking through safety, costs, and what makes the most sense for our family right now.
We walk through how we processed that decision together, the conversations we had, and why we ultimately felt peace moving forward—even though not everyone agreed. It also led into a bigger conversation about how to make wise choices in marriage, especially when there are a lot of outside opinions coming in.
We also touch on what it’s like sharing your life online and navigating both encouragement and criticism, and why it’s so important to lead with grace instead of quick judgment.
