Bloemfontein–born spinner and sonic storyteller, Mr Spike began his musical journey in the mid-90s, inspired by his father’s jazz venue Quite Storm. School holidays were spent digging through records and curating sets, shaping an ear for Jazz, Hip-Hop, and Lounge that naturally evolved into a lifelong devotion to House music.



From underground lounges to national hot spots, he’s graced prestigious events alongside some of the industry’s biggest names—earning a reputation for seamless blends, deep grooves, and undeniable dance-floor magic. Mr Spike’s performances flow from soulful late-night serenades to bass-driven, thought-provoking rhythms, creating a soundscape that’s both emotionally charged and impossible to ignore.
