UAP Files Podcast S4|E29 | Former FAA contractor Ryan Lingo joins the UAP Files Podcast to tell his story for the very first time.Ryan says he worked as a GIS software developer supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), where he built a prototype system designed to analyse UAP reports by comparing pilot sightings against satellite orbital data.

According to Ryan, the project ultimately reached the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).What happened next forms the basis of his allegations.

Ryan discusses why he says the project ended, his claims of retaliation after filing complaints, the federal whistleblower actions he has submitted, and why he believes psychological operations were used against him.

He also explains the satellite-tracking software he developed, how it was designed to identify conventional explanations for UAP reports, and why some cases remained unresolved.This is Ryan's first interview. The following is a conversation with John W. Warner IV. John is an author and historian whose family has a long history in U.S. Intelligence. As the son of Senator John Warner (R-VA), and Catherine Mellon, John IV has been behind the scenes with some of the most powerful and influential people in U.S. and global history.
His father was John Warner the former United States Senator, who sat on the Senate Armed Services Committee and also performed the role of Under Secretary for the Navy and then Secretary of the Navy. A man who negotiated US and Soviet Incidents at Sea in the 1970s.
His mother Catherine Mellon came from one of Americas most influential banking and industrial dynasties. Meaning John grew up around power, influence and, importantly to this conversation, the Intelligence communities. John is also cousins to Chris Mellon, who we’ll all know from the UFO/UAP community.
John is a talented writer, historian (specialising in Military history) and has written and researched the UFO subject over many years.
John has some strong views about many subsections of UFOlogy - TTSA/Elizondo/Chris Mellon, Disclosure and the deep state. All the more fascinating considering the position he's been in and the circles he's been part of since birth.
