In this conversation I speak with Meagan Medick, an Emmy-winning news producer at NewsNation who works closely with Ross Coulthart on UFO/UAP coverage and podcast projects.
Meagan shares how she first got pulled into the UAP world through working with Ross, her background in broadcast journalism, and what it’s like producing major UAP stories from behind the scenes.
We discuss her experience covering the National Press Club event in Washington, D.C., the challenge of reporting live while coordinating logistics, and why long-form podcasts are often better suited to UAP topics than short mainstream TV segments.
Meagan explains how tips and testimony come into their inboxes, how seriously they vet claims, and why credibility and responsibility matter in such a fragile subject area.
The conversation also touches on the pace of “disclosure,” her personal views (including how faith shapes her perspective), and why she suspects Hollywood may be a soft form of disclosure more than government institutions.
