Two wins from two in the league, with goals flowing has meant it’s been a very successful & entertaining start to life under Xabi Alonso. We assess the exciting attack with Cole Palmer looking back to his best, Joao Pedro carrying on from where he left off last season & Morgan Rogers impressive start to life at Chelsea. We ask is this the best attack in the league?

At the other end defensively Chelsea have been shaky & we look at the issues & how they can be addressed.

The Enzo Fernandez saga finally concluded, we reflect on his time at Chelsea as well as other departure from the club.

Finally with the transfer window now closed we assess the state of Chelsea’s squad & look forward to what this season could bring.

Nick is joined by Daniel Childs (@SonOfChelsea) to look at all things Chelsea’s in the month of May.

The most significant game this month was the FA Cup final vs Manchester City which resulted in more Wembley pain for the blues.

In the League Chelsea missed out on qualifying for any European football as a dismal season came to an end.

We reflect on the season just gone & look ahead to the future with Xabi Alonso announced as Chelsea’s manager for next season.

Chelsea’s worst run of league form since 1912 saw Liam Rosenior sacked, we look back on where it went wrong for him before discussing who we’d like to replace him. 

After that we reflect on the protest against BlueCo.

Chelsea find themselves in the FA Cup final under interim coach Calum McFarlane after a 1-0 win against Leeds, we analyse that before looking ahead to the month of May.

Nick is joined by Tom Coley (@tomcoley49) to look back at all things Chelsea in March what was a miserable month for the blues. 

Simply put Chelsea are getting worse. In the Premier League there were three losses in four, with each defeat worse than the last & our Champions League qualification hopes only remain in tact due to the inaptitude of other clubs . 

In the Champions League Chelsea were humbled by PSG 8-2 on aggregate in the round of 16 & we try unpack it. Was this the low point of the Clearlake era?

Discontent on the pitch has led to discontent off the pitch as tension between fans & the hierarchy are at an all time high. There was a meeting between a fan group & a director that got heated & there is protest planned before the Manchester United game in April. We look back & ahead to that as well giving our feelings about the state of Chelsea & what it has become. 

Finally we look ahead to April & ponder Rosenior’s position.

February was a frustrating month for the blues. A league cup semi final exit to Arsenal sparked debate over the approach taken by Rosenior which we discuss. 

In the League Chelsea dropped more points from winning positions & missed the chance to solidify their place in the top 5 ahead of a tricky run of games. We rue the same old issues cropping up.

We pick out who has impressed in February & also who has had a challenging time before we look ahead to the month of March.
