Livingston defender Nicky Devlin is the latest guest on the Scottish Football Coaching Podcast.   Ahead of his trip to Hampden on Sunday for the League Cup final showdown against St Johnstone, Nicky looks back on his career to date and discusses the coaches who have helped shape him personally and professionally.   Host Lewis Irons and Head of Coach Education Greig Paterson chat with the Premiership defender about the ups and downs of his career to date, his aspirations in coaching and look ahead to that trip to Hampden on the horizon. 

The Scottish Football Coaching Podcast is back for 2021.    In our latest episode, it's all about Scott McDonald, with the former Celtic and Motherwell forward joining his namesake - a 23-year-old C-Licence holder - to discuss their very different coaching experiences so far.    Host Lewis Irons and Scottish FA Head of Coach Education and Development Greig Paterson are joined by the two Scott's from opposite corners of the globe as they discuss the challenges of coaching during a pandemic, the coaching styles of Gordon Strachan and Mark McGhee, and how a young, inexperienced coach handles the prospect of dealing with older players.
