I recount leading worship at my church’s youth conference, Awakening, themed “Unbound,” focused on breaking chains, strongholds, and generational curses. Despite intense preparation, my team faced spiritual attacks like sleeplessness and physical pain, and I lost his voice days before the event. After waking at 5 a.m. to pray, I felt God tell me to “just show up” and trust God to sustain me, reflecting on Peter walking on water and Romans 12:3 about faith God distributes. Reflecting on the question “Is He worthy?”—how lifestyle, service, and choices reveal Jesus’ worth—contrasting Judas with the disciples, referencing Proverbs 22 and Joshua 1, and urging perseverance, service, and courage.
