Deciding between an accident and a murder can sometimes be difficult. It all boils down to motive in some cases. On March 16th 2009 a woman died while on a hike. A case that, depending on what side you land on, was either a devastating accident or cold blooded murder.

March 12th: Harmony Montgomery Declared Legally Dead (2024)

Children should be protected at all costs. They are innocent, helpless, and need to be cared for. Especially when they are young. On March 12th 2024 a little girl was declared legally dead by the courts. A girl who should have been protected but, instead, was left in the care of a man who let his anger take over.
