Healing Yourself

Sometimes, it seems that no matter what we do, Universe has us sat. We’ve set our intentions, taken aligned action, and yet… nothing. It feels like nothing is changing, and nothing is happening for us, no matter what we do. But… what if this ~void~ we find ourselves in is no trap at all, and instead, a positioning? What if it feels like nothing is changing (no matter what we do), because we actually aren’t being asked to do more at all? In this episode, we explore how the in between we may find ourselves in is actually an incredibly deliberate move on Universe’s part, leading us to exactly the changes we’ve been hoping for!

Universe wants you to know that you're doing it. You are leaving the old behind. For a while now you've felt like you were in a void, the in between.
Not fully ready for the new, not fully free from the past. Swimming in the waters of what did and did not happen. Universe wants to tell you that while it's been challenging, it's also been necessary and purposeful.
Because where you're heading next requires you to be absolutely free of where you've been. Some of you may already be feeling the new, exciting energy today. If not, not to worry, it's coming for you. Those who are already feeling it, know this is just going to expand. Healing isn't linear, the energy is still balancing, so if some days feel fresher than others, that's ok.
The new is preparing itself for you, just as you've been preparing yourself for the new. And you had to be able to handle it, and you will be now.
Very soon, everything is going to feel different, even if things around you are the same. You will feel different, especially. It will inspire you to change things about your life, and you may find your life moving quite quickly when that happens. But know that it didn't all just happen at once, it happened at last.
You have been turning into the person who can finally hold all that you truly deserve. Get excited.

No one likes to admit they’re jealous. And no one likes to feel jealous either, yet everyone experiences it. But that’s okay. We don’t need to feel shame about our jealousy. Why? Because jealousy is just unprocessed fear. Once we understand this, we can begin to dismantle it. In this episode, we do just that.

We live in a simulation!!!! A fun sci-fi idea to think about…but what if it’s not fiction at all? What if we do live in a simulation of sorts, a game that you can win, where our dreams are much more attainable than we’ve been led to believe? And what if the key to beating this game… is hidden in the mind? Today, we learn how our dream life is only a thought away.

What if I were to tell you that superpowers aren’t just a thing of comics and make believe? What if I were to tell you that not only are superpowers real, but that each of us carry those super abilities innately? ….What if?

In today’s episode we explore just that. We discover that superpowers are some of the most real things in this world and that the only person holding the key to unlocking them…is you.

As we go on our journeys our faith can often come into question. Sometimes the path is so arduous that we wonder if there really is a point after all. In this episode I discuss my recent relationship to faith and together we discover how everything we are experiencing, even the really hard stuff, is a part of a grander process, and it is beautiful.
