As we begin the season of Lent, this special contemplative prayer episode invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and rest in the truth of God’s presence. Whether you feel near to Him or distant, whether your heart is full or heavy, God is with you—right here, right now.

Through guided prayer and scripture meditation on Psalm 139, this time of reflection will help you release distractions, quiet your heart, and recognize that you are never alone. Just as God was with Jesus on His journey to the cross, He is with you in every moment of your life.

This is the first episode in The Promises of Lent series, a collection of seven contemplative prayer episodes leading up to Easter.
