An 11-year-old girl disappears. Her family didn't report her missing for 23 days. And even now, more than three years later, nobody can explain where she went. The case of Madalina Cojocari has become one of the most frustrating and suspicious child disappearance cases in recent memory, because while there may not be enough evidence to charge anyone with making her disappear, there is certainly no shortage of red flags.
