Taking A Mental Health Day
Why does no one talk about the anxiety one gets from the pressure others put on them? Whether you want to admit it or not, you probably have been on both sides of that situation - Julianne definitely has. Some days you may get a lot of things done, and some days you might not be productive at all and that is OK. Not everyone can be at 100% every single day. Sometimes you need to take a mental health day... or eight.
A lot goes on in this episode, and you will just have to tune in to see what kind of crazy Julianne has stirred up this week. There is a mixture of everything included - loud monologues, unneeded outbursts, self-awareness, mental health talk, random stories, and more. Hope you are ready for it.
