2026/10/31 | 1h 5 mins.Greetings FAM,
The fourth episode of “The Experimental Sessions with Ernie” guest mix by Dokotela Siyeni from Tembisa, is now out for downloads.
Dennis Mashaba, better known as Dokotela Siyeni, is a respected vinyl collector and selector whose journey through music spans more than two decades. His passion for music began in 2000, when he started building his vinyl collection through legendary record stores such as House Africa Records, Soul Candi Records, Phezulu Records, Vinyl Joint and Retro Music Record Store. It was during this formative period that he crossed paths with influential figures in the culture, including 2Lani The Warrior, further deepening his appreciation for the art of collecting and selecting music.
A pivotal influence in his development was DJ Fingers, who introduced him to the finer details of mixing, timing, track selection and the traditional art of beatmatching using pitch control, mastering the craft without relying on modern digital aids. Rooted in vinyl culture and driven by a genuine love for music, Dokotela Siyeni continues to honor the traditions of house music while sharing timeless sounds with audiences wherever the journey takes him.
While some people may prefer to listen to only one genre of music consistently, others enjoy the variety and richness that multiple genres offer, let’s enjoy New & Good Music.

The third episode of “The Experimental Sessions with Ernie” guest mix by Taffy from Botswana, is now out for downloads.
Katlego Tafadzwa Murombedzi, better known as Taffy aka KT, is a Motswana-Zimbabwean DJ and underground music collector based in Gaborone, Botswana. His musical palette spans deep house, dub techno, jazz, funk, disco, boom bap, roots reggae, kwaito, and neo-soul. His journey into music began through his parents’ CD collection, where an early love for house music developed into a deeper interest in underground sounds.
While predominantly rooted in deep and soulful house, his alternative selections explore jazz, spoken word, funk and heavily instrumental music, with a strong interest in improvisation, rhythm and raw musical expression. For Taffy, collecting comes before DJing. His mixes are driven by curiosity, storytelling and the search for music beyond the obvious.

#Black_&_White.The Experimental Sessions With Ernie Part I _Guest Mix By ALLINGOODTASTE _Durban _2026
2026/10/26 | 1h 29 mins.Greetings FAM,
This is our first episode of “The Experimental Sessions with Ernie” guest mix by ALLINGOODTASTE from Durban, is now out for downloads.
ALLINGOODTASTE is a Durban-born Selector and Podcaster hailing from KwaNdengezi, remains a refreshing outlier. Driven foremost by an obsession with musical discovery, his sonic foundation was built on his brother’s eclectic collection of Ambient, Lounge, Soul, and Jazz. Infusing those early influences with a deep affection for Experimental Jazz and New Age sounds, he developed a wide, boundary-pushing spectrum of musical taste.
Today, he translates this journey into emotive, highly curated sets that pick apart and weave together the music he loves most. Focus-shifting toward the "Rare and the Real," he bridges the gap between traditional jazz heritage and modern alternative soul. Listeners can expect a seamless blend of experimental jazzy grooves, lo-fi bed tunes, and psychedelic-infused selections spanning Spiritual Jazz, New Age, and rare soul-drenched rhythms.
While some people may prefer to listen to only one genre of music consistently, others enjoy the variety and richness that multiple genres offer, let’s enjoy New & Good Music.
