Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce

SOLO EPISODE ALERT! Kylie’s back for a very special Snow Day episode of Not Gonna Lie brought to you by Facebook Marketplace and Bridgerton! She kicks things off with some NGL announcements about the show next week… spoiler alert, you’re getting a Super Bowl Special, Real Ones (3:41)!

Then, Kylie gets honest about snow days as a parent, revealing how the past few days in the biggest snowstorm in 10 years have been going for the Kelce family, which includes a classic story about Wyatt and a pair of mittens (10:42). Kylie also gets into the worst parts of snow days as parents… hint… it took her 30 minutes to get two tiny humans dressed for the cold (4:51). Yikes.

After that, in a Snow Day edition of “Doomscroll” Kylie reacts to the videos of people snowboarding and sledding down the Art Museum steps (13:39), a very Philly way to measure the snow accumulation and the funniest dogs in the snow… gotta love those low-riders (16:02).

Then, for “Ask Me *Some* Things” Part 1: Kylie rapid fires through some of the Real Ones’ most burning questions for her, including what her workouts actually look like these days as a mom of four, (27:30), an update on Finn's sisterly relationships (22:15), who said “I love you” first between her and Jason and how she responded when her older kids asked her how babies get in your belly… classic (23:41).

Kylie then brings back everyone’s favorite segment, “You Know What’s F*cked Up?” to go in on snow days getting replaced by virtual school (31:30). 

She then gets into “Regular Ass Doomscroll” (the opposite of Snow Day Doomscroll of course) to check out the comments on Jason’s first-ever TikTok and how proud she is that fans are truly starting to get the assignment (34:04). Kylie also reacts to a viral video of how a mom calmly reacted when her toddler knocked over her iced coffee. Kylie and Queen Emma also bring back their NGL screenplays to do a dramatic reenactment of how this would’ve played out at the Kelce house… (37:39)

Kylie then delves into another batch of “Ask Me *Some* Things” Questions from the Real Ones, including what ended up happening with Bennie and the uncapped sharpie (44:30), her hair care routine, what’s she’s reading and what reality TV show she would go on if given the choice (51:20).

Lastly, as is tradition in an NGL solo episode, Kylie ends the Snow Day Special with a Pop Quiz: Snow Day edition (52:05). Except this time, the stakes couldn’t be higher. If Kylie passes the quiz, the episode will be 59 minutes long, if she fails, Queen Emma wins and it’s a Cool 62 for the Snow Day Special.

Kylie’s back for a brand new episode of Not Gonna Lie brought to you by YouTube TV and starts things off by warning us her 2-year-old is roaming around the room, so you may hear a cute voice in the background! Kylie then gets right to all the comments, specifically about her butt, on the Other Podcast’s recent curling social clip (0:51).

Then, Kylie addresses a Real One Comment of the Week about crazy football superstitions and reveals the most ridiculous thing she did during an Eagles game this season (5:11).

After that, in “Can I Be Honest?” Kylie gets in on the 2016 trend thanks to the Real Ones who did the work of finding her most embarrassing photos for her (6:27). She breaks down each one and even throws it all the way back to 2010.

Then, for “Doomscroll of the Week,” Kylie reacts to a TikTok a mom posted of a “hack” her toddler has for refilling water glasses around their house… Kylie is repulsed and reveals something she just discovered one of her own tiny humans has been doing (11:30). She also discovers the phenomenon that is fluffy cats sitting perfectly on the handlebars of people’s peloton bikes and considers her own cat adoption timeline once again (14:05).

Kylie then welcomes the WNBA Rookie of the Year, star of the Unrivaled League as well as the Dallas Wings and the reigning number one overall pick: Paige Bueckers AKA Paige Buckets (18:55)!

Kylie immediately gets on Paige’s case about Dallas and checks in on her true NFL fandom (21:14). Paige also breaks down the viral video of her throwing a perfect spiral at a Cowboys game and why anyone was surprised she has a cannon (22:16)!

Paige also tells Kylie all about the Unrivaled league and they bond over the first-ever game in Philadelphia next week! Kylie can’t help but try to start recruiting Paige to Philly even four years in advance. Paige also gives her best pitch to Caitlin Clark and A’ja Wilson for why they should join Unrivaled next season (25:10).

Kylie asks Paige about her record-breaking rookie year in the WNBA (32:52), including what vets helped her out in the beginning (39:30), who she was the most excited to compete against and who she thinks is the toughest player to defend. Paige also gets into that viral award surprise at The Jennifer Hudson Show.

Paige then shares more about how training for Team USA is going and explains to Kylie what the “Young & Turnt” Class is and what that means to her (42:25). Paige also discusses what it’s been like teaming up with Caitlin Clark again to hopefully compete together in the Olympics in 2028 (45:40).

Lastly, Kylie asks Paige about one of the most viral tweets about her from 2013 where a scout accurately predicted how dominant she would be in the WNBA one day when she was only in 6th grade (49:25). Paige also reveals which WNBA and NBA players she likes being compared to the most.

Kylie’s back for the Season 2 Premiere of Not Gonna Lie brought to you by CVS Health and guess what she’s changing in Season 2: f*&king nothing! New Year, same Kylie! She kicks things off by responding to a new comment about her swearing (1:18) and then gets right to a big NGL announcement about going to the Winter Olympics (2:30).

Then, in honor of her mother-in-law Donna’s debut on ‘The Traitors’ Kylie attempts her best recap and weighs in on Donna’s story within the show and some viral clips (4:59).

After that, in “Doomscroll of the Week,” Kylie debates whether she and Jason have a “swag gap” based on a new gen z trend about couples with varying levels of swag from both a fashion and personal perspective (8:02). She also gives an update on her breastfeeding journey with Finnie and how challenging it can be to pump and dump when traveling for work (10:54). Kylie also gives us her take on “Dry January” or “January” as she calls it (14:11).

Then, since it’s our first episode of the year 2026, Kylie keeps the tradition going from last season and gives the Real Ones her official list of 2026 Ins & Outs. Spoiler alert: “hard pants” and “giving a f*%k” are definitely OUT this year (16:42).

We then head out to NGL HQ Los Angeles to witness Kylie speak to yet another person she has no business speaking to: Demi Lovato! (25:33)!! Kylie comes to terms with sharing the studio with another Cowboys fan and asks Demi about her mom who was a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader (26:30).

Demi also gets into her new dance-pop era and her new album “It’s Not That Deep” including her and Kylie’s favorite tracks on the album and what the Lovatics can expect when she goes on tour this spring (29:28). Demi shares her enjoyment of playing Philly crowds and gets a cheesesteak rec from Kylie.

Kylie asks Demi about her favorite songs to perform live (35:29) and also brings back a topic that Ed Sheeran brought up on NGL last season: which artist in their hometown would be the “cheat code” for the loudest crowd ever?!

Kylie and Demi also look back at Demi’s insanely viral surprise appearance at the Jonas Brothers concert and what that was really like reuniting on stage after so many years (40:14). And speaking of the Jonas Brothers, Kylie asks Demi about her Disney Channel days and Demi reveals she most recently watched “Camp Rock” with her husband Jordan (47:40). Lastly, Kylie asks Demi about her brand new cookbook coming out this March (55:15) and can’t resist asking her for her favorite dish, which leads us to very unexpected but very wonderful discussion about pickles. Demi also explains how much cooking now means to her as someone in recovery from an eating disorder (56:35).

Kylie’s back with her Season 1 Finale episode of Not Gonna Lie brought to you by Hess! She starts things off by reacting to the latest place she has NO business being: on a billboard in Times Square (3:40)! NYC-based Real Ones, make sure to tag us in your photos with NGL. This then leads us perfectly into “Places Kylie Has *Some* Business Being” to talk about taking the girls to see Uncle Trav play at his home stadium for the first time (5:10)!

Kylie’s back with a brand new episode of Not Gonna Lie brought to you by Olipop! She kicks things off by explaining her favorite way to spend some “nobody needs me time” which leads us to a hilarious story about a new Wyatt “hack.” We then get into Places Kylie Has *Some* Business Being where Kylie reveals her strategic plan to dress like a dirtball most of the time so people are impressed when she puts on a blazer.
