Jesters of Ravenloft: A D&D Podcast

Wet Change is working as Death’s Assistants and they’ve already claimed their first soul! Guy was determined not to get caught up in the drama of a witch’s love triangle and just did his assigned task. Del overdosed on magic while waiting outside with Death’s horse. While trying to help Del sober up, Tyler spilled a potion on his foot and it turned into a lizard foot, before Adam spilled more potions on Tyler’s foot until it returned to normal…though Tyler did grow a lizard tail). Can Wet Change successfully collect two more souls before Del overloads or Tyler grows another animal limb?

Welcome back to Jesters of Middle Earth where a group of comedians try to destroy the One Ring. Wet Change took on a job as Death’s Assistants to help Death focus on his chess game! Guy was forced to describe the group’s talents to earn the job and ended up being the official scythe carrier for Death. Tyler helped Del handle the heights required to ride Binky, Death’s flying horse. Adam reminded the rest of the group they aren’t killing their targets, just collecting them. And Del, with double nat 1’s, led the group to a window just in time for a person to be thrown out of it into them all. Can Wet Change successfully collect 3 souls for Death and gain a new ally?

Wet Change fell into a library in Ankh-Morpork and are looking for Death! Guy found a way to communicate with an Orangutan librarian before befriending the creature with an elven book, Del was held up to be tall enough to find another wizard who’s now the team’s guide, Tyler figured out how “footnotes” work in Discworld and told a very confused Adam - and after all of that our heroes were brought to see Death playing a game of chess and joined a horse as the audience for the match. Can Wet Change survive a conversation with literal Death?!

Wet Change did not get much sleep in the castle! Tyler ended up trapped in meetings all night as the new king. Guy slept for four hours before he woke up and discovered the magical chest follows him anywhere he goes. Yolo had a nightmare and GanDelf turned back into Del once she realized the Rascals were coming (and she had to tell Adam). Tyler returned and our heroes jumped into the magic chest, leaving its protection to Yolo and Tony Dumb-Dumb. Will Wet Change survive their trip to Ankh-Morpork - and will Gondor still be standing when they get back?

Wet Change have been getting very distracted while trying to recover after the Red-ish Wedding! Guy made friends with the magical chest they discovered by speaking elvish and petting it fearfully. GanDelf helped Yolo have an emotional breakthrough by telling him she was proud of him. Adam revealed he sings Tony Dumb-Dumb to sleep every night. And Tyler carried Guy to another room to let him rest, not realizing the magic chest followed them in. Will Guy manage to get a full night’s rest before our heroes go to Ankh-Morpork?
