Biography:
RONX is a Germany-based techno project, created to share carefully curated, long-form journeys through deep, hypnotic and groove-driven techno. Its sets are built with patience and intention, moving between spacious dub textures, detailed rhythms and more driving hardgroove pressure.

The person behind RONX - Rinaldo Christy first became interested in DJing in 2010, learning alongside friends who were already active in the scene and following a deep love of psytrance, trance and techno.

Before creating RONX, Rinaldo played a handful of DJ gigs in India and pursued electronic-music event management as a passion project alongside his work as an IT specialist, helping organise parties and festivals in Pune and Goa.

Today, RONX is focused on recording and publishing sets that let the music develop naturally over time. From the deeper, more atmospheric space of his series “Into the Void” to the percussive motion of “Exploration Fields”, each mix is curated and designed to provide a listening journey for those who like to get lost in sound.

[PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB] proudly presents the 115th release in its catalogue: Victor López — Microdub EP.

A mechanical fish was discovered beneath the fortified walls of Ávila. No one could explain how a creature of such proportions had passed through an opening narrower than the eye of a needle. Its metal shell bore neither a date nor the name of its maker — only the word Microdub. When the discovery was opened, eleven independent mechanisms were found inside. Behind the system stood Victor López (@victor-lopez-650216725) — an electronic musician from Ávila whose schematics matched the construction of the artefact exactly.

Three of them proved to be the primary engines:
:::Microdub 4 set a cogwheel heart in motion.
:::Microdub 5 controlled the depth and allowed the machine to hear the space surrounding it.
:::Microdub 6 was responsible for the echo: each of its signals returned from somewhere else.

The remaining eight modules obeyed no single logic:
:::dESUS (@dj-desus) split Microdub 2 into Righteous Mix and Non Righteous dUB — the righteous circuit maintained order, while its non-righteous counterpart secretly reversed the direction of rotation.
:::Oldschool_Dubtechno .Producer (@enercube & @x_fr) installed Version №06 in the sixth engine, as though continuing the work of an unknown mechanic.
:::ZeroA (@zeroa_sc) reset Microdub 1 to zero, yet even with every reading at zero, the bass remained inside.
:::Deepdrome (@deepdrome) submerged Microdub 5 below its calculated depth.
:::Javier Ho (@javierho-music) applied his Melodic Touch to the same mechanism, and for the first time, the cold metal produced a melody.
:::Francesco Tamburrano (@ft-dubtechno) retrieved Microdub 3 from the archive and installed it where a component had previously been missing.
:::Nebula Alchemists (@nebula_alchemists)) were the last to connect their Quantum Rebuild. They dismantled Microdub 4 down to its quantum gears and reassembled it in several possible states at once. At that moment, all eleven mechanisms began operating as a single organism.

The fish opened its eyes. The clock hand on its shell began moving backwards, its fins sliced through the air, and its teeth reduced the laboratory wall to metallic dust. All that remained above Ávila was a low hum and a scattering of screws resembling a new constellation. Ever since, Ávila has heard it breathing beneath the ground. Sometimes the bass rises to the surface and sets the bells of the ancient towers swaying. Then the residents understand: the mechanism never disappeared — it is merely lying in wait.

Biography:
Phasen hails from Florida, where for the past 20 years he has been recording and releasing different styles of electronic music. A teenage obsession with 90s IDM and ambient music (Aphex Twin, Boards of Canada, Warp Records) led to him moving away from playing trumpet, guitars, and piano, moving towards synths, drum machines, and computer based producing. With a love for all things groovy and deep, his music and mixes cover the range from club focused house tracks to spaced out techno, but always have a dubby element present. Perhaps even more important to him than a specific style, however, is the sound quality of the music - the skill and care in the production, mixing, and mastering process that results in an exceptional listening experience in the club or in headphones. As a result, his heroes are those rare veterans who have delved extremely far into the esoteric world of music production; wizards like Terry Lee Brown Jr,
Robert Babicz, Klartraum & Pablo Bolivar who consistently offer the depth, spaciousness, and impact only the best producers can achieve.
