Biography:
Hi I'm Andrew A.K.A Action Morton. Djing from LaHave, a community in Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia, Canada. I've been mixing various genres of electronic music for slightly over a year now and has been recording mixes on-and off since the late 2025. I've had Dub Techno featured on another popular Soundcloud series called The Quadrasphere by Quadrant Soundscapes and has also collaborated with BTKA from Melbourne Australia on a set for Subtle Radio in March 2026.

After many months of Dub Techno trials and explorations I wanted to record a deep and dubby mix for the DUBBISM series after binging a few of the DUBBISM mixes on [PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB]'s channel.

[PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB] presents the 101st release in the catalogue — Substak - Reach & Resonance EP. (@substak)

This is not merely a collection of tracks and remixes, but a sonic system in which the signal loses its linearity and begins to exist according to the laws of deep response. Here, outward motion does not mean moving outside — on the contrary, it becomes a penetration into the hidden layers of space, into the zone where sound is no longer transmitted, but takes root. And resonance appears not as a consequence, but as an independent force: as the memory of the medium, as its answer, as the return of an impulse in another, transformed form.

Substak, an electronic music artist from Athens, builds Reach & Resonance EP as a field of tension between transmission and reflection, between the impulse and its phantom.
:::Feedback Loophole opens the release as a closed loop in which the signal becomes its own trap: viscous, deep, hypnotically absorbing.
:::Emergent Flux unfolds as a fluid matter of becoming, where form is not created, but slowly crystallizes out of an inner trembling.
:::Stellar Pulse sounds like the pulse of a distant star breaking through the thickness of emptiness — cold, measured, almost extraterrestrial.
