The Novi Citizen Survey is back!
After taking a break for several years because survey results remained largely consistent, the City of Novi is bringing back its biannual citizen survey to find out what residents think about the community today.
In Episode 136 of Now You Novi, City Manager Victor Cardenas explains how the survey works, why the City decided to bring it back, and how the results can help shape Novi’s future. This year, 4,000 randomly selected households will receive the survey, helping provide a scientifically representative look at how residents feel about Novi.
