She’s so AT-Elle (so ATL we couldn’t get her to come hang out in person) - this week’s guest is legendary sports anchor, new author, and certified ageless baddie, Elle Duncan. We warm her up by playing a new iteration of this or that in our game: What The Elle. Plus, we find out if Elle would have wanted to be at a slumber party with Syd and TP’s countdowns to midnight. Then, we dive into Elle balancing motherhood with her career and how that turned into her fulfilling her dream of becoming an author. She breaks down how she went from failed actress (we won’t be able to watch One Tree Hill the same again), to being DMX’s handler at an ATL radio station, to becoming the power house she is and continues to be.

You can always count on Elle to get real and leave you with inspiration - she breaks down her life long battle with an eating disorder and how she handles being in the public eye. Then, how she juggles being a genuine fan of sports while also remaining an unbiased voice of the game. Finally, she tells us her favorite places to travel and why she could be on the tourism board for all of them.

This story was absolutely crazy but a great reminder that if the person you love is coercing you into things you don’t want to do or feel safe doing - that’s not love.

Live from TOGETHXR House at WNBA All-Star Weekend 2026, the Babysitters brought all the unhinged madness we expected.
