  • The Evolution of Self: God, honouring his Parents with Wandile Mbambeni (Part Two)
This week we continue the conversation with Wandile Mbambeni. In this episode, we talk about how he returned to God, Gym being an active tool that helped save his life and his hopes to honour his parents through his Music. The energy in that room left me changed, I hope we realise that it's okay to dream and then step into that dream, no matter how hard it is. We deserve better!

  • The Evolution of Self with Wandile Mbambeni (Part One)
Brave Moment is back with some good archives! A little over a year ago, I sat down with Wandile Mbambeni. This conversation was a journey through his formative years that led him to music. His career has been quite interesting, he is an ex-professional rugby player who evolved into a self-taught musician. He has a unique voice that has led him to Nashville to compete in a music competition called My Kind of Country on Apple TV. He has graced many stages, which I have been fortunate enough to experience. The conversation was so authentic that we couldn't fit it all into 1 episode, so we will have a part 2!

  • March Diary Entry: learning discipline in the messiness of recovery
On my birthday, I woke up and ran 6km and, because I've had to heal different parts of my body, this run felt like an achievement. I've been navigating the concept of discipline as I face setbacks (big and small) and I thought I'd share something I recorded a while ago. It does get messy, but there is also joy, peace, and love in the midst of it all. Oh, by the way, the poem is by Caitlyn Siehl, "It ends, or it doesn't". I hope you keep it as a reminder on really hard days or moments; It ends or it doesn't.

  • Feb Diary Entry: Figuring out Gratitude
As promised, I'm back with some phone-recorded diary entries. So please, excuse the huffs and puffs as most of these will happen on my runs/jogs/walks. I share some of the questions I have about gratitude, how do you navigate gratitude when you feel that you don't have a lot to be grateful for? I'd love to hear what you guys do to cultivate gratitude in your lives. This one was recorded in February, so we're playing catch-up!

  • The Rediscovery, The Hiatus, The love for Brave Moment
I am coming back!!! This podcast is born from my very own Brave Moments and it has been such a daunting experience getting this short episode to you all. I am slowly coming back to my new self, and slowly coming back to Brave Moment. If you've been wondering where I've been, in this episode, I open up a bit about that. All I ever want to do is serve with an open heart and from an honest place, so for those who have missed my voice, I'm here for you. It's okay to take some time to heal, deal and love yourself, just please come back. I am making my way, and I hope you'll join me as I do.
