Thom previewed the Nats season on Opening Day. Kevin previewed the first group of Sweet 16 games tonight. And then, the Commanders tweeted that "new uniforms" were coming on April 15th. Kevin learned and shared some information about some of the specifics behind the teams' announcement. Kevin also had two Sweet 16 "Smell Test" picks for tonight.

Kevin and Thom opened the show with more on Jayden Daniels' and his flag football outing on Saturday in Los Angeles. The boys talked Jeremiyah Love to Washington at 7 which included what Adam Schefter told Kevin today on radio. Thom had a Nats and MLB preview. Kevin talked about UConn Coach Dan Hurley's request of Big East fans who will be in Capital One Arena for Friday's night's NCAA Tournament Sweet 16. Also on the show, the Commanders' 2026 over/under win total is out and it's not what Kevin thought it would be.

Kevin recapped the NCAA Tournament's weekend games and then brought College Basketball analyst Randolph Childress on to do the same as well as preview the Sweet 16.

Kevin then spent time on Tom Brady's light-hearted barbs towards Jayden Daniels before this Fanatics Flag Football event tomorrow in Los Angeles. Kevin expressed concern over Jayden's participation in the game and made the case that it isn't the best look. Kevin finished the show with the brother of the top Commanders' free agent hitting the shot of the NCAA Tournament so far.
