Kevin and Thom today opened with the Duke-Michigan showdown Saturday night at Capital One Arena in Chinatown, a game dubbed, "The Duel In The District". Who knew. The guys discussed Jayden Daniels' praising of Philadelphia Eagles fans in a recent interview. The boys also got to Adam Silver's displeasure with NBA tanking while Mark Cuban is okay with it. Also on the show, the passing of legend Robert Duvall.

Kevin opened with Tyreek Hill getting cut by the Dolphins while wondering if he'd be a good fit in Washington with the Commanders. Kevin then reacted to an NFL Insider who said he wouldn't be surprised if Washington's free agency included some fireworks. Kevin followed up on Kirk Cousins Friday appearance on the show. Kevin finished with the NBA All-Star weekend, some college hoops, and another sad passing of a former Washington Redskin.

Kevin was joined by Kirk Cousins on today's show. They covered a lot of ground when it came to his time in Washington. Kirk went back to his rookie season in 2012 and shared memories of both his first start against the Cleveland Browns after RG3 got hurt and then the infamous Seattle playoff game as well. Kevin opened with a few interesting comments from Commanders' new OC David Blough yesterday and then Head Coach Dan Quinn jumped on the show. Quinn explained why the team parted ways with Kliff Kingsbury,  why he decided on two inexperienced coordinators, why Blough was elevated so quickly, and lots more. Kevin finished up the show talking Nats' Spring Training with Mark Zuckerman from West Palm where pitchers and catchers reported today.
