Kevin opened with a few interesting comments from Commanders' new OC David Blough yesterday and then Head Coach Dan Quinn jumped on the show. Quinn explained why the team parted ways with Kliff Kingsbury,  why he decided on two inexperienced coordinators, why Blough was elevated so quickly, and lots more. Kevin finished up the show talking Nats' Spring Training with Mark Zuckerman from West Palm where pitchers and catchers reported today.

Kevin opened with his recap of Seattle's blowout Super Bowl 60 win over New England. Jay Gruden jumped on with his analysis of the Seahawks rout of the Patriots. Kevin reacted to Jayden Daniels publicly stating that he wants Brandon Aiyuk with the Commanders. Kevin finished up with a mea culpa on one of his SB Trivia questions.

Kevin opened with the sad news that former Redskins' cornerback Barry Wilburn passed away. Wilburn led the NFL in interceptions during the Skins' 1987 Super Bowl season, was a first-team All-Pro, and had two picks in the Skins' 42-10 Super Bowl 22 win over the Broncos. Kevin also spent more time remembering Sonny Jurgensen while answering several emails/tweets about #9. He had his Seahawks/Patriots Super Bowl 60 final score prediction in the opening segment of the show. He also answered one of the toughest "Super Bowl Trivia" questions he had on radio this week. Ben Fawkes/Yahoo Sports jumped on with plenty of Super Bowl 60 betting information. Kevin finished the show with his two best Super Bowl 60 "Prop Bets".

Kevin opened with reaction to Sonny Jurgensen's passing. Ernie Baur, local TV exec legend and longtime close friend of Sonny's joined the show to remember him. Jay Gruden previewed/picked the Super Bowl and also spent time looking back at his time on his brother's 2002 Tampa Bay Bucs championship team staff. Additionally, Jay discussed the Commanders' hiring of defensive coordinator Daronte Jones. Kevin finished with a Super Bowl "Smell Test" pick.
