A fresh, light mocktail perfect for Dry January — or spike it if you’re feeling spicy.

Ingredients

3 oz fresh grapefruit juice (use less if you’re not a grapefruit girl)
Splash of fresh lime juice
1 oz agave or honey
Sparkling water
Fresh rosemary sprig

How to Make
Shake the grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave (or honey) with ice.
Strain into a wine glass over ice, top with sparkling water, and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
Before adding the rosemary, gently slap it between your palms to release the oils — pretty and aromatic.

How to make it:
