HOW TO FIGHT SIN: The Enemy, The Environment & A Plan
In today's episode Austin and Berlin hit pause on the Revelation series to dive into their personal Bible study going through the book of Matthew. They specifically dive into Jesus' teaching in Matthew 5:21-48(read from the CSB version in today's episode).
In today's episode, the couple see to address Jesus' teaching on sin. Is sin just an action that we have to stop? Or is there more to sin than merely what we do? Is it part of who we are? How do we fight sin?

For Reflection:
1.) What is a bad habit, a sin, a struggle with your self that keeps coming up that you wish to put a stop to?
2.) What are the environments, rituals, movements that regularly set you up to fall into that temptation?
3.) What are some practical steps, habits and rhythms you can set in place to make room for the Spirit to give you victory over this sin in your life?

READING REVELATION: Lions, Lambs, & Responding to Other With Humility
In today’s episode I want you to step into the fray by contemplating a few things.
1.) How would you describe Jesus? Â Is He kind, nice, angry, distant?
2.) How does your view of Jesus show up in how you treat others?
3.) Where do you need to readjust your vision of Jesus to more match reality?
Think about these questions as you listen to mine and Berlin’s conversation today as we continue going through the Book of Revelation finding out who is able to open the sealed scroll.

READING REVELATION: Mysterious Voices, Hades, and an Overarching Story
In the second episode of our new series going through the book of Revelation we aim to answer two questions:
1.) Who is John(the author) writing to?
2.) Who is the mysterious voice speaking to John?
Austin and Berlin continue to establish a foundation for the rest of this series focused on understanding the main voices throughout this letter. Along with answering the two questions mentioned above, we discuss the overarching story the Bible is communicating as well as briefly ask the question: Why is a Disney character from the movie Hercules in the Bible?
