Why This Nashville News Outlet Is Suing the State of Tennessee
The Nashville Banner, alongside the Tennessee Lookout and several other media outlets, is suing the state of Tennessee over a provision of the recently enacted PEACE Act that makes it a crime to come within 25 feet of law enforcement when ordered to stay back.
